HR Conclave on “The Future of HR Powered by AI” at KLE Tech University

The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), North Karnataka Chapter, in association with the School of Management Studies & Research, KLE Technological University, Hubballi, is organizing an HR Conclave titled “The Future of HR Powered by AI” on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

The event will be held at the MBA Seminar Hall, SMSR, KLE Technological University, Hubballi, and will bring together HR professionals, industry leaders, academicians, and students to deliberate on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management.

The conclave will feature eminent speakers Mr. Anjan A, Vice President – HR Talent Management & Development, Northern Trust, and Mr. Lalit Suresh, Global Head – Learning and Development, Torry Harris Integration Solutions, who will share insights on AI in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Performance Management & Workforce Analytics and Employee Engagement & Experience.

REES-2024 Symposium on Engineering Education

KLE Technological University inaugurated the Regional Engineering Education Symposium (REES-2024) on January 4, 2024 — a three-day event bringing together leading voices in engineering education.

The symposium was inaugurated by Dr. Teresa Hattingh, Chair of REEN, University of Johannesburg, who highlighted REES’s vision of building global, inclusive, independent networks for engineering education research.
